Pseudonym

When I drew this alternate persona I was thinking about myself as a hysterical mad man, some people but not all believe this my persona already but not quite. I don't enjoy dancing around like this dude up here does. Originally I wanted the other half to be on fire but that wouldn't necessarily make any sense nor would I do it for show. Unless at some point my alternate once had his motor running but didn't bother driving the wheel.

Totally Looks Like

On the left is my houses coffee machine interface which looks like the face of 343 guilty spark from the Halo video game.

The left is a fridge magnet salt grinder which looks like the head of a Dutch rabbit.
This lemon container which for some reason holds fortune cookies looks like head of Lemongrab from the show Adventure Time.

My buddy Noor Nahas (left) looks like Richard Belzer from the show Law and Order and Noor says he also looks like Dr. Egon from Ghost Busters.

This pink hanging lamp reminds me of a WW2 artillery shell.

This Label Writer machine looks like the robot helmet of Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo from Daft Punk.

My green wine server/cooler when on its side looks like an elephant head.
This old Xbox 360 power bar totally looks like the ghost trapper from the movie Ghost Busters.
My front doors giant jack door stopper looks like a Japanese Makibishi floor spike trap.

My ma has a smooth river rock in her living room that is naturally shaped like this heart.

Juxtaposition

Since a scorpion is considered poisonous because of its stinger than the opposite would be the idea of a scorpion stinging with medical purposes. So instead of wounding it heals with the antibiotic syringe on its stinger.

Spaghetti is a soft food so its opposite is a pile of hard wiring.

A slugs body is like jello so the opposite is a rough jagged body including the eyes.

New Yorker Phrase Narratives

When I did the original sketches for the phrase narratives, I wasn't putting enough humor to it the first sketch was a man carrying a strange bear shaped suit case. My second attempt as the one you see above had a little bit more humor but it is a little hard to understand. The left wall of objects symbolizes guilt and right wall of objects symbolizes work. His weird looking block shaped body is just a result of me never being able to successfully draw human figures. The sketch below of the business bear is just about him carrying all necessities of basic life, a suit case stuffed full of salmon. Original sketch had honey in the case but it was taken out last minute because it appeared like frosting.

The Paper Game

I  am impressed that the only thing they got right was the world, somehow the rest of it turned into religion and earths magnetic wonder.

+10 Shapes

Submarine & a pissed-off Beached Whale

Before the sub it had been that of broken window piece but it seemed to cheap. The idea for the whale couldn't be in the ocean because of its belly being flat as a coffee table.

The Cave Miner & Cliff Hanger

No relation to the (1993) Cliff Hanger starring Sylvester Stallone. Never even seen it. Might change the way the cliff & cave wall looks since it appears like a circuit board.

The face of Baboon and a pissed-off Giraffe

Originally the baboon was an old face dude but I a saw a more primitive dude instead. The pissed-off giraffe is referenced to the TV show LOST. That's where that idea came from.

Mount Vesuvius dominating on Pompeii

Yes I could have done a volcano but everyone draws one. Best solution was "fire" something needed to be on fire and not just shrubs and animals.

Blacksmith shop & The Bull

I did want to see this shape take a more structural form, first idea was a cottage but it isn't my style needed more metal in it. The bull was suppose to be a milk cow but I had no idea how to set utters down there.

Big Bertha 2 (howitzer)

This shape gave problems of creating everything based on mountainous surfaces.  Luckily the giant cannon idea was based off of an old WW1 German super cannon.

Shape Sheet

1st shape is a little morbid but I really don't why a surgeon would cut a triangle.
2nd shape is the classic door at the end of tunnel sequence.
3rd shape made a good vintage divers helmet.

Exquisite Corpse

The creation of the head idea came from the film the Iron Giant. The shape of the head & neck have similar features.
